Quick note to let you know we're taking a break from our weekly webinars this week, but we'll be back on deck again next week. We've got a couple of interesting new webinars lined up for the coming weeks, including an exciting new Queensberry announcement (more soon), an interview with US photographer Justine Ungaro who you may have seen pimping her new Musée album recently, and a Photojunction webinar covering a series of quick feature tutorials. We'll see how many Danny can fit into the hour ;) Keep an eye on our webinar schedule. Details soon. Take care and see you next week Cheers, Nigel, To View More >>
Following the recent webinar covering the Problem Reporter, I decided to cover the problems that happen AFTER the Reporter. First you might encounter problems exporting. Once you get those resolved, you need to send your order. Should be easy enough, and usually it is, but sometimes you can have problems there too. Since we don't have 24 hour support coverage, we thought it might be helpful to post some tips on how to resolve some of those issues too. Now when you go to send your order at 5AM, you might be able to help yourself before you even need us to help you! Problem #1: Photojunction Crashes To View More >>
We just had a webinar covering the Problem Reporter. Hopefully it helped clarify some questions you all had.I'm going to talk about problems that can occur after this step. There are two ways to export your printable files from Photojunction. You can do it through Photojunction Direct (if you just need JPGs) or you can use Photoshop (required if you need layered PSDs). If you choose to use Photoshop, the process is no longer completely controlled by Photojunction and this means that, unfortunately, we can't control everything that happens. Last year Danny posted some tips to avoid these problems To View More >>
The scones were well worth the effort for last week's Problem Reporter webinar... And as Nan said, there was plenty of 'cyber-cheering' going on which always makes us feel good too. If you missed it, a recording of the Problem Reporter webinar is now available to view online. Watch it here... Or click here to watch it in full screen. We'll definitely be running this webinar again soon, so keep an eye on the webinar schedule for times and dates: http://ow.ly/2PyUl Toodles Nigel To View More >>

I know we've been bleating on a bit about the Problem Reporter webinar recently, but Danny struck gold on several occasions during it and it'd be unfair to not share. Nanny ghosted over them the other day, but let's take a closer look. Hopefully the penny will drop for you too. Duplicate Lots of alignment issues the problem reporter reports have to do with apertures (usually custom apertures) being slightly different sizes. To be clear, we recommend using custom-sized apertures only when necessary, but If you want several custom apertures all the same size on a layout, you don't need to make To View More >>
