Check out the Reports feature in Photojunction. They're good for the business end of the album process, like signing off designs and handling edits. I always enjoy Tom Fishburne's Brand Camp, and his latest cartoon makes a timely point. We've just finished Queensberry "Sales Week", where we we bring together our Account Managers and Support People from round the world to talk with the Design and IT teams, the Bindery, the Lab and Order Processing - and to each other of course. Huge thanks to all for sending your orders in ahead of the deadline. In contrast to earlier years we had the surge processed and into our systems within a day or two, and despite another significant increase in volume, we're better placed than last year to handle it. Danny and I just had a great chat with Pete, who runs Order Processing at the Lab. According to Pete, this year OP was able to clear the "Christmas Rush" almost completely in a single day. That's amazing. It means the automation we put in place in Photojunction this year (fondly known as PJ Nana) definitely works. Pete really wanted to talk about the handful of orders where his team had to go back and sort out problems with their clients (things like missing files or flattened JPG layouts received for full colour service).
