Hello dears, I saw a couple of tweets about Photojunction having gotten slow. I don't know about you but at my age I don't have enough time left to feel happy just twiddling my thumbs, so I asked the boys about it. Until this release Photojunction was keeping the whole album loaded in memory, but now it's just the current layout. That's because, with Queensberry press books – which could have lots more images and layouts to worry about – you could have had out-of-memory problems as the operating system unpacks everything ready to use. A bit like me having a senior moment ;) Albums actually To View More >>

When we hear so many users rave about how much time it has saved them, I am just perplexed when someone feels the exact opposite. For example, I've talked to few of you who are frustrated with the time consuming nature of exporting high res layouts when you simply want to send a client a layout to approve. Or, you had to make tiny changes requested by the client and had to deal with the Problem Reporter all over again. High Res exports of layouts only need to happen once. A quick note to let you know our webinars are taking a break this week, but we'll be back on deck again next week. We're in the process of lining up a couple of interesting new webinars, including a major Queensberry announcement (more soon – can't wait!) and an interview with US photographer Justine Ungaro. You may have come across her online recently pimping her new Musée album. We're also planning a few live Photojunction webinars that we can slice and dice afterwards into a series of quick tutorials. We'll see how many Danny can fit into the hour. ;) Details soon. Take care and see you To View More >>
