Hi Guys, I have been having a few "GoToMeeting" video calls with clients recently and if I was going to comment about anything it would be how we manage files. There is a wide variety of ways people set up and work with their files, and sometimes they lead to confusion and frustration. Here's the first of a couple of posts that will help. ;) Place your files somewhere safe. Your desktop may not be the best place to save files, because you may have a tidy up and delete something that you may want to retain, at least until you get your album back. Click here to watch on Vimeo. We first met Justine at WPPI in 2003, and she's been a good friend ever since. Last year she saw our new Musée there, and I'm pretty sure she really liked it! Given that so many people shake their head in disbelief at the idea of selling a product in this price range, I just had to ask her about its place in her business. Catherine Connor of Aspire Photographic Training in the UK Lakes District has been a good friend of Queensberry for over a decade. I just made a couple of new friends, Jeff and Erin Youngren from San Diego… And it took all of a couple of minutes. Stephen and Danny first met these guys at WPPI in Vegas, and we’ve been in touch ever since. You may remember our post about their new website and promo video so I asked them to share some of their experiences around online marketing, business and their album strategy.  But it was their philosophy, not only to business, but to life, that dominated the conversation. Let’s be friends Jeff and Erin had just returned from a holiday to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, with To View More >>

Team PJ made some some pretty significant changes in the lead-up to the release of the latest final version, v1.31. Changes focused on simplifying and streamlining your workflow. Coinciding with that we asked them to create a new "service" – Design, Print and Assemble – to make the process of placing a design order and uploading all the files as simple as possible. ;) Really, it's very simple. Have a look at this video, and tell me if I'm wrong. Design service from Photojunction on Vimeo. As always, we'd love to hear what you think. Leave a comment and tell us...
