You sell what you show, right? Well here's a few Queensberry friends we've noticed doing a fantastic job of showing off their albums. Abby Rosenbaum from Abby Rose Photo seems to photograph and blog about all of her albums... Here's one of the latest albums featured on her blog. The team at Blue Sky Photography in the UK have a dedicated web page explaining their philosophy behind using Queensberry albums. They also include links to several example album designs. (Warning: contains references to blue-grass and rock music) Johannes introduced me to his friends, Lyttelton band The Eastern. That’s OK, nobody else has heard of them either, and that's the point of this post. A while ago The Eastern opened in Auckland for Steve Earle, and more recently for Old Crow Medicine Show. Phyllis & James were married on December the 10th, 2011 at a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the Lone Pine Lawn of the historic Vaucluse House in Sydney. The couple chose Trish Lee of Tealily Photography to capture their day. Phyllis wore Louboutin heels and a J'aton couture gown. Just gorgeous! And their reception was at Fort Denison. They chose a Duo 14x10H album, with a cover in Onyx Micro Leather. Here are a few layouts from their album. To see more work by Tealily Photography, click here. Enjoy! Anna To View More >>

Over the last few days I've had the pleasure of hosting Denis Reggie on a whirlwind visit to New Zealand. A lucky few had the chance to attend Denis's workshop. We got an insight into how he operates, and some valuable tips on how to get that killer shot. From the moment we arrived Denis's passion was evident. He loves photography, and weddings, and has some strong opinions on the modern day approach to shooting them. After shocking everybody with a challenge to "shoot a wedding without speaking", he opened our minds to the true meaning of wedding photojournalism and how it can be a part of every To View More >>
