I've been watching people asking for feedback on their price lists — asking if their pricing should be online, asking if everything should be shown upfront, and these discussions make me think about the real problem with price lists. Before we close the doors for our holiday break we hold team get-togethers at the Bindery and Lab. Every year they're truly inspiring, and I thought I’d try and tell you why, and say thank you. I run the Queensberry Bindery - never say "factory"! It’s a great privilege, and we do enjoy watching visitors gasp and smile at how much handwork and care goes into making a Queensberry.
