How to re-send a digital download link

The download link may need to be sent to your client again if they did not receive it. Here's how to resend the download link to your clients. 

Resend download link

1. Select Sales and Activity from the main navigation.

2. Click through to your gallery sales 

3. Using the order details emailed to you from Workspace, enter the order date or client email and select Apply Filter.

4. Click on the order line to open the order details. 

5. Above the order details, you'll see a button to resend the download information. Alternatively, you can copy the link and email it directly to your client.
