When duplicating albums in Photojunction, the new album is automatically named with the original name with "_copy1", "_copy2", etc added to the end.
This can get quite confusing. If I don't touch the album for a month, I'll have no idea which copy is the right copy. I try to rename as soon as possible.
I have a few suggestions that might help with your workflow, and give you an idea of the kind of confusion you can get into.
1. If you're duplicating an album to make client changes, I rename the original album as just that, "Original".
2. If you're duplicating an album to send corrected files, adding "fixed" or the date might help.
3. If you're duplicating so that you can add or take away sides, and offer your client different versions, I like to include the number of sides.
4. If you do have multiple versions, make sure you send the correct version to Queensberry for making. Naming that one "final" will help you get it right!
You can rename an album in the Album Setup screen, or with a single click on the album name in the Project Browser.
Whatever works best for you, I hope it saves you the trouble I've been through in the past of opening six different copies and sitting in utter confusion about which one I should be editing.
;)
