You may have noticed we've released Photojunction Remix 1.46 Final. Thanks to changes we made to our bug reporting systems in version 1.45, we've been able to track down and resolve quite a few elusive bugs in 1.46. A noteworthy one was an error when communicating to Photoshop - 'OLE Exception'.  We've done this by adding a 'Default Photoshop' preference, which tells Photojunction which version to talk to, and automatically filling it in (look in general preferences). By the way if you see a message when you export saying 'please select a valid photoshop executable file in preferences' this is what PJ is asking you to do. And if PJ is opening the wrong version of Photoshop, you know where to look. Just be sure to select the .app or the .exe Photoshop file and not just the folder. Back to work Cheers, Danny PS If you've updated Photojunction and saw an error window with a message "Photojunction was updating the main database..." - don't worry. It won't effect anything and won't show up again.

Hey there! If you could try the 32-bit version of Photoshop that would be great! If you are still having issues, please send your contact info to us at info@photojunction.com so that we can touch base and try and resolve the issue. A screenshot of your settings helps too! Thanks!

Really, really disappointed with what Photojunction has become. A minefield of issues where simple tasks that I could once perform now require looking at blogs, facebook and tech support to sort out. 2 days later and my album can still not be ordered due to these export problems. Is someone having a laugh at our expense?

Just made a new album and can't export via Photoshop. I did get the "select a valid..." message and I did update the preferences setting. I'm pointing to the 32-bit version of Photoshop, and I've confirmed it's the .exe file and not the folder. Will not export. I'm on Windows 7. I was able to use the PJ exporter to create .jpg files. Any thoughts on getting this to work with Photoshop?

Hi Shannon, we'll need more info if we can. Can you please email info@photojunction.com with your contact details? I imagine the first thing they'll want to know is the Photoshop version. Talk soon,

Yes, I agree with Lisa...There was no problem at all exporting files from the softeware and now why???? I have been using this program for 5 years and dealt with all the changes, but now it's not better with this situation, either. I have clients waiting and want to export the files asap!! After trying to figure it out. the software reads "Please select a avalid Photoshp executable fiel in preferences". Can some one tell me how without messing up my Photoshop software?! Thanks, Cynthia www.imagesforeverphoto.com

Same problem. Exporting is not working with Vista 64 to PS CS4 64. Very frustrating... The preferences field is 100% pointing to the correct .exe that has always been used.
