I am so proud of this from Ross Grieve (a UK-based Kiwi photographer) because it's Queensberry to the core. I'm sure Jo is too. When Ross's photos arrive we'll feature the album on our consumer blog. - Ian [caption id="attachment_7424" align="alignleft" width="150" caption="Ross & his idea guru"][/caption] Last year our Queensberry Account Manager, Jo (or our idea guru as I like to call her), suggested we get a Duo sample to have something unique in the studio. Now the thing I like about Jo: she is not a sales person, she is someone who is there to help you and your business. With that in To View More >>
Man about town Jerry Ghionis is a great supporter of Photojunction and spreads the word through his various speaking engagements. 1) What sort of feedback do you hear about Photojunction? After many years of not doing my own album plans, I have now gone back to designing my albums again. Since I now run a boutique studio, my involvement in the pre-production and album design process is very important. In just a few days the Queensberry team will be heading off to the excitement and bedlam of WPPI and FOCUS. We love this opportunity to visit the States and the UK, meet old friends and make new ones ... and we hope you'll be among them. The first begins several years ago with a traveller on a bus in Spain, who strikes up a conversation with the woman sitting next to him. They like each other enough to introduce themselves. He's a wedding photographer from the far side of the world, in Spain on a scholarship. She's a paper conservator living in England, home to visit her family in Barcelona - and as it turns out, later, in love. The photographer and the conservator like each other enough to swap To View More >>
Hi all What an awesome privilege it's been to work with Queensberry to develop their Plug-in for Aperture 3! As a true blue Apple fanboy it's been a really exciting project to work on. When Apple came knocking we jumped at a chance to partner with them, but we've since had a few clients ask questions like: - What's the difference between Aperture 3 and Photojunction? - Why would you create a plug-in for Aperture when you already make Photojunction? ...And my personal favourite: - Does this mean Photojunction is dead!? We think your decision will ultimately be based on personal preference and To View More >>
