SEARCH RESULTS FOR: Send Order

Well, today is our last day, and it's time to express once again our thanks for your support in 2010. We're hugely grateful, not just for the business you send us, but for the friendship and generosity that makes our job such a pleasure. Yesterday was the Summer solstice for us – the longest day, with the promise of long sunny days to come – but for many of you it was the shortest, and in many cases the weather has been pretty bad. Whatever the weather's like outside we hope it's warm and welcoming at your place. Our holiday wish for you is that – like Adrienne's dogs – you take into 2011 To View More >>

When I talk to Photojunction users and they express frustration with the application, I have to know more. When we hear so many users rave about how much time it has saved them, I am just perplexed when someone feels the exact opposite. For example, I've talked to few of you who are frustrated with the time consuming nature of exporting high res layouts when you simply want to send a client a layout to approve. Or, you had to make tiny changes requested by the client and had to deal with the Problem Reporter all over again. High Res exports of layouts only need to happen once. Following the recent webinar covering the Problem Reporter, I decided to cover the problems that happen AFTER the Reporter. First you might encounter problems exporting. Once you get those resolved, you need to send your order. Should be easy enough, and usually it is, but sometimes you can have problems there too. Since we don't have 24 hour support coverage, we thought it might be helpful to post some tips on how to resolve some of those issues too. Now when you go to send your order at 5AM, you might be able to help yourself before you even need us to help you! Problem #1: Photojunction Crashes To View More >>

PJ Nanny took to the airwaves again last week, bless her, and 'gently encouraged' Danny and I to run a webinar on the Photojunction Problem Reporter – which, let's face it, drives some of you nuts. And yet in the bindery we see order after order come in with no aggravation whatsoever. So what's the secret? Actually there are a few and we're happy to share. So with the promise of freshly baked scones for morning tea, we've booked a time to talk through some tips and tricks to make the pain go away. We've also asked our support team to send through a few real life examples of Problem Reporter To View More >>
