If you haven't been to the Photojunction website or blog lately, you won't recognise them. What's going on? Well, the old PJ site had to go, for several reasons. • Danny was embarrassed by it (me too). • PJ has changed so fast that a lot of the support info was out of date. • There's a bit of misinformation out there (I'll get to that). • And it's high time we came out of the closet… So here's the story: In case you don't know, Photojunction is a Queensberry project. It dates back ten years to when we first realised that any album supplier without a software solution was history (we To View More >>

Turns out there's a certain stigma attached to the word 'free'. Take a conversation I overheard this morning. A photographer was talking about how they really like the look of Photojunction but was avoiding downloading because, quote, "Although it says free, nothing is ever free." This conversation reminded me of a post Ian wrote about this time last year titled, "F.r.e.e".  In light of this morning's conversation, I thought I'd resurrect part of it which explains why we give Photojunction away free, and why there's no catch... Man about town Jerry Ghionis is a great supporter of Photojunction and spreads the word through his various speaking engagements. 1) What sort of feedback do you hear about Photojunction? After many years of not doing my own album plans, I have now gone back to designing my albums again.  Since I now run a boutique studio, my involvement in the pre-production and album design process is very important.  Not being a technically minded person naturally, I downloaded the trial version of Photojunction and pretty much learned how to use it in about 10 minutes.  What I noticed immediately about To View More >>

For a number of reasons, Tim Wild has been in contact with our support team probably more times than he'd care to remember. But he's always willing to spend time on the phone and help us get to the bottom of an issue ... and suggest improvements to the software in the process. 1) How does Photojunction support compare to other support services you've used? PJ support is one of the best support services I've ever used. Their replies are usually very quick, no matter what time of the day or night I contact them, and they usually have my query answered within an hour even if it requires several To View More >>
