After 40 years we know what people notice that "doesn't look quite right" in an album. Apertures that don't align or that are inconsistently spaced are right up there. For convenience, and because it's a hot topic, we've chopped 15 minutes or so out of last week's Problem Reporter webinar where Danny and Ian talk specifically about alignment and spacing. They don't show you how to use the alignment tools, but rather demonstrate a few really clever tips to correct problems (and avoid them altogether). Following the recent webinar covering the Problem Reporter, I decided to cover the problems that happen AFTER the Reporter. First you might encounter problems exporting. Once you get those resolved, you need to send your order. Should be easy enough, and usually it is, but sometimes you can have problems there too. If you choose to use Photoshop, the process is no longer completely controlled by Photojunction and this means that, unfortunately, we can't control everything that happens. Last year Danny posted some tips to avoid these problems To View More >>

Hello dears, I listened to the webinar this morning while I was baking scones and I thought Danny and Nigel did very well (even my nephew Ian was OK, although I have to say that because he's family). Very bravely they asked people what they thought of the Problem Reporter, and a lot of people said it drove them nuts! It was nice of them to admit it (even though it hurts this old soul's feelings) and I expect that's why they came along, but they did say the webinar was a lot of help. In fact it was lovely how people responded when Danny popped up with lots of things to make the pain go away - no, To View More >>
