To continue my rave on The Junction earlier in the year about image slicing and dicing, here are a few thoughts about designing a pressbook with particular consideration to keeping your mind (and your clients' heads) out of the gutter! Photojunction makes designing a Queensberry album very easy and FAST. But while the layouts look very similar on-screen between albums and press books - in reality these two products are vastly different. When you're working on screen it's really easy to forget that a press book is, well, a book, and the pages don't lie flat. Queensberry press books (like most other To View More >>

Poppy & Will's wedding took place over 3 days at the family's home in the south of France. They were photographed by Jo de Banzie and James Yeats-Brown. Here's how Jo describes the wedding day and how they ended up doing something a little different! "The weather was unbearably hot, and the idea of the swim occurred to us during the evening. Poppy is one feisty girl, a qualified doctor and champion canoe polo player. Rebecca & Gary were married at St. Peter's church, East Drayton in Lincolnshire followed by a marquee reception on the bride's parents farm. They were photographed by Simon Mark Whitten of Firehorse Photography. This wedding was a 'classic English' summer wedding (picturesque country church, marquee, vintage Jaguar car, blue skies and sunshine) with a real outdoor feel and flavour with some stunning and delicate design touches by the bride herself. Rebecca imported the flowers in from the Netherlands and made pretty much all of the flower arrangement and 'vintage' detailing herself, with some To View More >>

Anna and Gavin were married on October 30th 2010 at Linthwaite House Hotel. They were photographed by Lisa Aldersley, who knew it would be an amazing day from the moment she arrived at Anna's parent's house in the morning. "In fact - says Lisa - when they first came to see me I had my fingers crossed that they would pick me to capture it for them! Anna is a little bit quirky and Gavin has massive dimples when he smiles. They are so stylish and their wedding captured their personalities so well with vintage details, bunting, china tea cups (that Anna and her mum collected from charity shops for To View More >>

As we announced back in February, we're in the process of streamlining the way Photojunction handles third-party vendors. As part of that process, we will tomorrow be removing the Cover Material, Cover Style, and Titles resources, as well as the largely unused “Send Order” functionality for all suppliers other than Queensberry. If you're using PJ to design Queensberry albums, or not using the functions listed above, you won't notice any difference. Only those designing for a handful of vendors are affected, and we understand that those most affected have been working through the transition To View More >>
