I know we've been bleating on a bit about the Problem Reporter webinar recently, but Danny struck gold on several occasions during it and it'd be unfair to not share. Nanny ghosted over them the other day, but let's take a closer look. Hopefully the penny will drop for you too. Duplicate Lots of alignment issues the problem reporter reports have to do with apertures (usually custom apertures) being slightly different sizes. To be clear, we recommend using custom-sized apertures only when necessary, but If you want several custom apertures all the same size on a layout, you don't need to make To View More >>
PJ Nanny took to the airwaves again last week, bless her, and 'gently encouraged' Danny and I to run a webinar on the Photojunction Problem Reporter – which, let's face it, drives some of you nuts. And yet in the bindery we see order after order come in with no aggravation whatsoever. So what's the secret? Actually there are a few and we're happy to share. So with the promise of freshly baked scones for morning tea, we've booked a time to talk through some tips and tricks to make the pain go away. We've also asked our support team to send through a few real life examples of Problem Reporter To View More >>
Justine Ungaro has just published a stack of images of her first Musée album on her blog and agreed to let us feature them here too. A beautiful wedding. Beautiful album. And beautiful bride... You may recognise her as former American Idol judge, Kara Dio Guardi ;) Here's what Justine had to say about Queensberry and her first Musée... This week's feature album comes from French photographer Mathilde Magne who captured Barbara and Ludovic's big day. Mathilde shares the couple's love story explaining, "Barbara and Ludovic first fell in love at the age of nine before moving away from each other. After 21 years apart, they met again several years ago and both felt like nothing had ever changed between them. They married on 25 June 2010." This is their 18x10 Duo album complete with matching 7-inch copy... Click here to view Barbara and Ludovic's entire album. Cheers, Nigel To View More >>
(Photography by Simon Whitten) Truth is, sometimes I've felt a bit self-conscious writing about our wedding. Every day I see albums from top photographers around the world of the most elaborate, extravagant and expensive weddings you could imagine. Sometimes I've wondered if what I'm writing is even relevant ... because Kayla and I didn't get married in a castle! But my intention has been to share our experiences and insights, not to compare our wedding to another. And the truth is that the weddings we're lucky enough to share in at Queensberry take place everywhere, "from humble homes to palaces." To View More >>
