As soon as November comes around things get pretty crazy here at Queensberry! We always set an early cut-off date because we get a flood of orders at this time of year, and want to be able to guarantee delivery, but also because it's summer down under and we close down for three weeks. The last thing we want to happen is for one of your customers to be disappointed!  We know our job is to look after your brand as well as to delight your customers.

Fortunately, you're in good hands. Our customer support team and production staff are truly awesome!  They arrive to work in the early hours (often still dark!) and go home after the sun has set as well, not to mention most work Saturdays to ensure Queensberry’s commitments are met too. When all orders received before cut off date are complete, they put as much time and dedication into getting as many of the post cut off date orders finished and on the courier in time as well.
