Here are a few commonly requested definitions for you to tuck away... Groups: A mutually exclusive set of images. Images can only exist in one Group. Like Albums in iTunes. Commonly used Groups: Bridal Prep, Groom Prep, Church, Formals, Reception, Dance, Rejects. Collections:Unlike a Group, images can reside in more than one Collection. Like Playlists in iTunes. Collections also feature the Collection Builder. Typical Collections: Album Images, Grandma's Selection, Details, Favourites, Maybes. Folders: Image Folders honour any pre-sorting you've down outside of Photojunction. (They turn up in the Event Window under the Image Folders tab.) Commonly used: When images have been sorted in third-party software such as Lightroom or Bridge. New Groups, Collections or Folders can be added by clicking the + symbol (as in the graphic), and renamed by double-clicking to highlight the current name. Cheers, Nigel
