I think another important thing here is, if someone did purchase "shoot and burn" or said they will buy the album later, then don't forget them, don't assume it's all over.
One idea might be to put a note in your diary to contact the groom in 10 months time and ask him how he was planing to celebrate their first wedding anniversary? ... that album would be a wonderful surprise.
