SEARCH RESULTS FOR: Album Strategy

This has been a big year for Queensberry. Especially the launch of Queensberry Press. New products, new services, new technology, new price points. The challenge is making it easy for you to get your head around. Why so many products? What’s the difference between them? How much do they cost? We came up with this Good Better Best matrix to map out what we do. Good Better Best is a strategy - having a range of products and services to tempt your clients across a range of price points. It's not all about "strategy". When young @stephenbaugh was working at Fuji Xerox a very successful colleague had this advice for him: There are three rules if you want to succeed in sales: 1. Stephen and Danny first met these guys at WPPI in Vegas, and we’ve been in touch ever since. You may remember our post about their new website and promo video so I asked them to share some of their experiences around online marketing, business and their album strategy.  But it was their philosophy, not only to business, but to life, that dominated the conversation. Let’s be friends Jeff and Erin had just returned from a holiday to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, with To View More >>

How do you deal with changes your clients want to make to their album design? It's a question that came up recently with a photographer who was considering changing his strategy. He was saying that there's a fine balance between creating a beautiful album design, and not letting the clients destroy it, and delivering something the couple feel connected too. So what are your options? Here are a few. None of them are right or wrong. Like your pricing, style, branding etc you've got to figure out what works best for you, and your clients. 1.
