I was talking to Simon, one of our album layout designers, about how the team were finding the new Workspace album proofing feature. They've been using it with photographers for a few months now and I was keen to get his feedback. What follows is pretty much his response verbatim. "It's working brilliantly! We get to review the studio’s comments alongside the relevant layouts. It’s accurate and clear to follow. "Not having to interpret requests for edits in emails is a real bonus. Have you ever wanted a Photojunction or Workspace tech sitting on your shoulder as you work? We have introduced a new service which is a little more comfortable for us and most likely a little less painful for you (trust me, I'm not a featherweight). You need to understand balance, beauty, symmetry, asymmetry, flow, pace, shape, unity and contrast. Being a great visual story teller requires all those qualities. It also requires the understanding that that’s what you’re doing - telling a To View More >>

Our IT support team are moving our phone server this Thursday the 10th of May New Zealand Time, so all Queensberry phone lines will be offline between 2pm and 6pm NZST. If you do have an emergency during that time, we will have extra support on email for those few hours so you won't be left in the lurch. All the best from everyone at Queensberry To View More >>
