The industrious PJ developers have certainly been busy. They've just posted another new beta that builds on the last release, v1.26. Put them together and we have a transformation. Ever since we first released Remix we've been asked to simplify and streamline the workflow, and we believe we've done that here. As you can see from the screen shot, album set-up has been transformed - reduced to a single screen that can gather up all the information an album vendor needs to make your album (click on the images to see them full-size). This particular screen shot is to order a Queensberry, but the options To View More >>

Continuing our tour of the major new features in the latest beta, check out this movie on Queensberry Connects about the FTP functionality we've built into v1.26b. And hard, when you've got the data, to ensure that the resulting layout meets all the album vendor's requirements ... and To View More >>

Final feedback from my email, Your next album company Unless you have someone on the ground talking to people you are never going to get the real story... That comment's from the UK, where we actually do have someone on the ground – take a bow, Jo! But Jo, a Londoner, is the exception not the rule. Most of our client support people work from New Zealand. Gino, for example, gets up really early to talk to people in North America, while Kirsten works really late to help Jo with the Brits. But it's great to meet people face-to-face, so why don't we base more people locally? First, where would To View More >>

[caption id="attachment_2679" align="alignnone" width="500" caption="Click on the images to view them larger"][/caption] We often talk about albums catching our eye... This one by Josef Isayo certainly did. He shot Porsche and Adam's wedding in early 2007. The couple, two ER doctors from San Francisco, came to Josef and asked him to shoot their wedding in Cuixmala, Mexico- an opportunity many photographers strive for. But as an experienced destination photographer who's shot several weddings in Mexico, Josef knows it's no walk in the park - you've got to be prepared. I asked Josef to share To View More >>
