Talking to Photoshop via script can be a delicate process, so here's a few tips for exporting your high-res layouts from PJ for printing... • Open Photoshop before you start exporting. (Sometimes it takes so long to open PJ forgets who it's talking to.) • Close all other open images in Photoshop. • Make sure the Photoshop start screen is closed. • Let Photojunction and Photoshop do their thing. Keep your hands off that keyboard! Cheers, PJ Support To View More >>

The PJ support team is on the front line everyday. They know what's what, when and why, so we're giving them a weekly spot to comment on an issue they've been dealing with over the past week. I'd get it in the neck from them if I didn't kick off by reminding you that you can find answers to many of your PJ questions already online - so be sure to check out the Photojunction Website, Blog or Forum. We'll kick off by explaining how to register Photojunction on a second computer... Cheers, Nigel To View More >>

The computer you want to register needs to be online and you'll need your Account Number (don't worry if you can't remember it - just read on). 1) Download and install Photojunction Remix on your second computer, and open it. 2) Agree to the Terms and Conditions and hit 'Next'. 3) When the window below opens, enter your Photojunction ID (Account number) and password in the registration window. (If you can't remember them, click the 'Can't remember login details?' link and we'll email them to you.) You don't need to fill in the bottom half of the form because you already have an account. 4) Hit To View More >>

Final feedback from my email, Your next album company Unless you have someone on the ground talking to people you are never going to get the real story... That comment's from the UK, where we actually do have someone on the ground – take a bow, Jo! But Jo, a Londoner, is the exception not the rule. Most of our client support people work from New Zealand. Gino, for example, gets up really early to talk to people in North America, while Kirsten works really late to help Jo with the Brits. But it's great to meet people face-to-face, so why don't we base more people locally? First, where would To View More >>
