Some people have experienced problems with Retro High-Res Export using Photoshop CS3 due to the fact their filenames have lower-case extensions, eg .jpg instead of .JPG. Photoshop CS3 scripting seems to be fussier about this than earlier versions and the solution is to change the extensions from lower to upper case, which you can do in Bridge, and then try re-exporting. Read on also for how to avoid the problem in the first place. Here are the Batch Rename settings you need in Bridge (click on the images to enlarge them): This will leave the filename alone but change the extension to upper case. To View More >>

We've been talking a lot about smooth sailing lately, with two goals in mind. For you, an efficient and easy-to-use system. And for us, an order that's accurate, error-free and ready to go straight into production. Fair to say then, that it's in both of our interest to sail through the ordering and production process as quickly as possible. But when your order doesn't sail through - what holds it up? That is the big question. Andy Warhol said, “It is art as long as it's signed.” John Cage said, “It is anything you can get away with.” Why is it so important (to some) to be seen/considered as an artist? Here’s a wedding from the ends of the earth, where your albums come from. Louise and Tom were married before 250 guests at the First Church, Dunedin New Zealand, on 24th February 2007. Louise's dress was made by Louise Anderson of Christchurch (no relation!) with fabric brought back by the bride from a shopping trip in Italy. With that exception the groom was an equal opportunity wedding planner. The wedding was photographed by New Zealand’s 2006 Wedding Photographer of the Year Jo Grams, of Moda Fotografica . It was an “exhausting” 12 hour shoot, with just one photographer, and ended To View More >>

What caught our eye about Scott and Priscilla’s album was the stylish simplicity of their red and white theme, and how well it'd been captured and reflected in the details of their stunning album. Scott and Priscilla married on 30 September 2006 accompanied by a bridal part of 12. Their photographers Matt and Enna Grazier show in this album, how beautifully the design of a book can compliment the style of the wedding day. Click here for a slideshow of the album. Cheers, Nigel To View More >>
