SEARCH RESULTS FOR: Support

On a quiet day we get over 50,000 spam emails! One of us alone used to have 3-4000 to deal with. Lucky them. Of course we screen spam in the normal way. In the past we even used to check to see if anything legitimate had been filtered out. It happens occasionally with all filtering systems. But the sheer flood of spam has made this impossible, and forced us to tighten our procedures. If you suspect that your email is not getting through please phone (don't email!) and let us know. Just in case you need us during the holiday period, we have staff working through the break to ensure Photojunction support is available. .... and we do! Our clients look at the covers on our album samples and make judgements on what is inside. It's true! We help them do it. We want them to look at the cover and suspect that there is something very special inside. It was rewarding to know that when the New Zealand album award judges saw our 2009 award album in the first Musee cover they were wowed into silence. This cover demands respect. We apologise if you've had problems following the release of v1.45. No ifs or buts. If you've been trying to make Queensberry's deadline, rest assured this problem won't stop you getting your album(s). Everyone in our support and the dev teams is focused on fixing the problems right now. Queensberry's had the usual pre-cut-off flood of orders over the last few days, including after the new release, and no more than the usual number of support calls (busier than usual of course, but normal for this time of year).
