Now that so many of our albums are printed and assembled right here, our staff love checking them out as they pass through the assembly process. One that made waves all the way down the line was Dilip and Anchel’s wedding in Toronto, Canada, photographed by Manpreet Sokhi of Mansa Photography. Anchel Ghai and Dilip Krishna were engaged in August, 2006 and married on May 5, 2007. The couple were married in a traditional South Indian Hindu wedding as per the groom’s family's traditions. Six hundred guests enjoyed the festivities, which lasted over a week. The couple expressed how important the To View More >>
We owe a big thank you to all the people who completed our survey recently. We had a great response, and we thought you'd like to know the outcome. There were two major surprises, as you'll see. 1. We listed all the vendors whose resources we distribute, and asked you to tell us which companies you use. People named an average of two companies each, and some people named several. 2. Over a third named Queensberry as one of their suppliers, but the first big surprise was that 40% of respondents wrote in the name of a company whose resources we don't offer. He was saying that there's a fine balance between creating a beautiful album design, and not letting the clients destroy it, and delivering something the couple feel connected too. So what are your options? Here are a few. None of them are right or wrong. Like your pricing, style, branding etc you've got to figure out what works best for you, and your clients. 1. Pre-design and allow a limited number of free edits: Once To View More >>
As I am sure you've seen, the Photojunction welcome screen got a bit of a makeover recently. I thought it might be worth a few minutes of your time to review it. The News tab has been added and if you are like many users, you might just quickly flip to the Recents tab and ignore it. But expect the content to change regularly, and take a minute every now and then to check out the links. The content will help you learn a bit about the websites and connecting with the Queensberry and Photojunction teams. Next, we have the Recent tab. Based on conversations with many Photojunction users, this is everyone's To View More >>
