When it comes to design we know that where you start may be not where you end up. That is why in Workspace we have a couple of features to help: First, in Workspace's Albums area you can review the design Queensberry's done, share it with your clients, and pass back any comments and edits to us. Second, you may have a change of heart and want to include additional files that weren't uploaded to Workspace in the initial round. You need to be aware that we are not working directly with your Collections in Workspace. Our designer team use Photojunction instead. When you send us a design order is the hi-res files are automatically downloaded to our local server. The same needs to happen with your extra files so the designer has access to them. What do you do? First, create a new Collection in Workspace for the additional files. Call it something logical like "New files". (Of course you'll need to upload them to Workspace first if they're not already there.) Next, go to your Album tab in Workspace. You will find the albums that Queensberry is designing for you there. Against each album there is an option to upload additional images. Click that and select a collection to upload.  Select your "New Files" collection. Workspace will ask you to enter a reason for your upload. That just helps us to understand why we are receiving new files. Finally, select upload. Cheers, Pete
